Colour portraits.
In my colour portraits, I have developed a quite recognizable style, developed over the many years of practice.
Due to thousands of hours developing my way of blending and application of this medium I feel like I have achieved a result I am more than happy with.
In some circumstances this medium is coupled with acrylic paint highlights, to give that extra finish.
Resulting in the vivid and intense, or the soft and subtle finish.

What can I say about this medium, “it’s just so versatile”, I simply love working in this medium.
There are a wide variety of finishes I can achieve with this medium.
With different paper finishes from the highly detailed Bristol board to the more classic finished medium weight cartridge.
The laydown of this medium is very forgiving with the ability to easily change the finish or look of the drawing, thus giving the customer the finish, they, and I, will be looking for in the final piece.
