Realistic Bay Warmblood Horse Portrait

I drew this realistic bay Warmblood horse portrait using Derwent Lightfast and Prismacolor pencils on white Stonehenge paper. This detailed head‑and‑neck study highlights the sheen of the coat, the braided mane and blue ear bonnet, and the refined features typical of sport horses. A perfect example of my coloured pencil equestrian artwork for custom horse portrait commissions.

Absolutely amazing. Very talented. I came across his work and was blown away. I decided to get a portrait of my older horse, thankfully I did as he sadly passed away very recently and now I have a lovely drawing of him, to cherish the memories. I couldn’t recommend Bobby's work more !! Highly recommend !
