How to complete your payment successfully.
If you are struggling to complete payment, please follow this step by step guide.
Some payments come with a surcharge as follows:
- Bank transfer: fee 0%
- PayPal: 3.4% + 0.20p Handling fee
- Credit/debit cards: 1.2% plus 0.30p Handling fee.
All fees are automatically charged at the checkout.
Step 1.
If you are paying a deposit, you can skip this first step.
Once you have approved the work, I will send you a purchase invoice via email, you will see the pay now icon, in the bottom right hand corner, click that ad you will be sent to the payment portal page.
Step 2.
Enter the amount you want to pay, if you are paying a deposit, you will find the amount you need to pay on the price section of the rundown I sent to your email.If this is the final payment, you will find it on the purchase invoice that was sent.
Then click add to basket.
Step 3.
Check the amount is correct, then procced to checkout.
Step 4.
Enter all your contact details and delivery address, if its the same, uncheck the deliver to same address box.
Step 5.
Click the preferred payment method.

- Credit/debit cards: 1.2% plus 0.30p Handling fee.
Select an option, click the terms and conditions box and place the order.
If you are paying via bank transfer you will receive the sort code and account number on the next page, as where to send the payment.
